Enlighten up

Let’s be perfectly honest. Most of the time this world doesn’t make much sense.

I have been thinking a lot about happiness lately. Why some of us seem to feel it all the time and others cannot seem to find it at all.

Of course I am not talking about life’s circumstances and events we did not create and cannot control. I am talking about being happy and in the present. Feeling fulfilled. Content.

A few weeks ago I watched a wonderful documentary called Enlighten Up. It is available to watch free online. But if you don’t have that much time to kill, I found my favorite part for you:

I know it is not the best quality and might seem like a long clip, but I promise you it is that good.

Be happy today. It is the least you can do!

Just before I read your post and watched this clip, I was just making myself a cup of coffee, after putting the baby to bed (yes I drink coffee at all hours), and I thought to myself, I am content right now, I am happy.

It is true, it is within you. Thank you for sharing!

I ave not seen this whole movie but I’ve watched clips online and I agree, this is the best one. That guru seems so warm and peaceful….Know yourself and be your true self, I love that this is the path to happiness :)

I finally took the time to watch this clip and now I MUST see the documentary. He touched on exactly ME. Can I be spiritual and not believe in God? How can I find happiness? He seems like this wonderful grandfather to me. Thanks Stasha.
