Monday Listicles

Back again with another list of ten.

I laughed and laughed last week. I figured you all are a funny bunch, but you exceeded my expectations. Not just with you humor, but presentation and ability to remember the little things that made you happy in everyday life. Among lists was also Janice’s top ten to celebrate her new baby boy. Congratulations!

Before I forget, next week I will be doing a list of 10 I miss.

So Bill from Smells like Borscht suggested for us to do list of ten dedicated to food. Anything to do with food. I spend most of my week sampling many different foods to determine what should make my list. I have in the past made a top ten most bizarre foods list. So in the end I let my son choose top ten something about food. For a while it looked like he was going for his favorites, but when he said peas I knew he was just coming up with stuff. In case I was wrong I made peas for him anyway and I can confirm this is NOT his top ten list. It is a list of something or the other food.

Let’s see what yours are! And a word of caution. Eat first, otherwise you will be snacking all the way through the list reading…

Make a list, check it twice, link it up. Read others. Have fun!

Back by popular demand a comic featuring

Little J’s list of ten food stuff

I love a) that Little J came up with the list and b) the way it’s like a comic!! So awesome!! (I hate peas)

Thank you Alison. How about a list of ten reasons you hate peas?!

This was so cute! I also hate peas, but you arranged them so nicely, it makes me want to eat one. LOVE the dirt one! Perfect :)

Thank you. He had me in stitches. And the salt ?! I think he was quoting his dad on that one. He does help himself to the salt mill at dinner and licks it off the plate. Or in the restaurant. Gross!

Haha…I like the Dirt bit there and mommy going ?!? Love, love, love the comic stripy list! My kids will never include peas in the list. Little J’s a good boy for liking peas.

I am not sure he likes them. We were reading Lola and Charlie book and she was eating peas. Think that is where it came from. He eats them but the enthusiasm is not there…

I love this comic strip look! Stasha, I think at the end of this week we should all link back up here to see how much weight we gained after this Monday Listicle! Seriously, Runner Mom already has me eating an ice cream sundae and your egg muffin looks delicious. Fortunately, Kiddothings is going to be my savior as anytime I have a pregnancy craving I will pull up her post, which I’ve bookmarked! The maggot cheese almost made me throw up. This is going to be one of the best meme hits of the year I think! Get ready for an explosion of traffic on your blog!!!!

Thank you. To be honest I do this for selfish reasons. Cause I have all of you, my favorite bloggers on one page. It is like my personal goggle reader…
I know, I grabbed Ben and Jerry out of the freezer and let it defrost a bit after Jen’s list but then read Mom2kiddos and put it back in. Now I saw your little angel with her ice cream and I pulled it back out. The good thing is we can all blame our weight gain on Bill. It is always the man’s fault…

This put a huge smile on my face this morning, Stasha. Thank you for that. I’m so happy your son remembers to eat dirt when he’s pretending to be a wiggly worm. Otherwise, he’s not gonna fool anybody.

Well, I do have a few in common w/your little one- chocolate anyone?
As for peas, my kids went from not being able to get them into their mouths quick enough to dispising them. I still love them, especially smashed w/butter, salt, & pepper!

My older son’s food groups are: chocolate, chicken, baguettes, and SALT. And younger son eats peas but ONLY if they’re frozen. Weird, weird child. Love that comic book app. Where did it come from?
