Monday before Christmas. Time to make a list.
Last week we talked about our hometown because Amanda said so. This week we are doing the Lipton, because Bridget says so. And next week, seeing how it is the last Monday of the year, let us do a review. List of ten 2011. I will let you get away with 12 if you must.
This I believe is the busiest time of the year for most of us. It is also time to spend with the loved ones and less behind our computers. Right?
In the spirit of Christmas, giving and sharing, I present to you the best ways to put your blog out there this coming week. These are great link ups that will take little time yet introduce you to some wonderful new friends. Give yourself a little break and join in, then sip eggnog and read others:
Re-post an entry from the first week of your blogging and link up with Jamie and Mommy2cents between 19th and 28th December for Ghost of blogging past.
Every Tuesday link your favorite post to Lovelinkin to enter a race to be crowned post of the week. Then return to vote for your favorites and a chance to win a song. Hosted by famous Erica.
On Wednesday you simply must join Kiddothings for Picnesday. I never miss it! Just post a photo. How easy is that?
On Thursday write something you can link to Let’s be friends with Bruna on Friday.
On Friday write something good that happened and join Jen and her TGIF.
Plus don’t forget that end of every month Cookies Mom hosts Best Of The Blogosphere. Share your best post in December and some you read around the Blogosphere and let everyone know about it.
But before you do all those, let’s see what you would say if you were a guest Inside The Actor’s Studio With James Lipton.
Make a list, check it twice, link it up. Read others. Have fun!

Love #2…I don’t like that word either. Also, the whining drives me a little batty
Thanks for the tips for the week!

But you could totally be a supermodel! Love this list of linkups as sometimes I need a reminder. (Psst…Friday’s I co-host Life’s Lessons about the things we learned over the week. Sorry, shameless plug!) And of course, your awesome listicles that I’m sadly always late to.

I had to Google jebi ga. So do you actually say “jebi ga” or do you say the F-bomb version?
I’ve only heard horses stampede in the movies and now you’ve got me wondering how awesome it would sound IRL.
Thanks for the link up and a very merry Christmas to you!

I have a feeling there will be a lot of “whining” for “sounds we hate” LOL. You know you really make me miss Idaho when I come here. (It’s where I rode horses the most, and heard stampedes I might just show up one day and bribe you with cookies so I can ride with you.
Love your list, and am looking forward to some link ups! Thank you for putting them all in one place!!

I love your list! So simple. I was terribly long winded. And thanks for the great list of other linkups. It was what I have needed. I have been a little low on ideas lately!

We so dislike the word hate at our house. It is on the not allowed list. There are so many I hope to see in heaven too. Grandparents are on the top of the list!

I didn’t have to google #7, mainly because I read the comment above, and I agree. Being a model seems like such a horrible job, especially since food is up there with my favorite things!

Great list! I wouldn’t want to be a super model either. I could never not eat what I want when I want. Meh. Hey what does that bad word mean, missy?

Fun list! Love your sounds – horses stampeding is a fabulous one. I completely agree.

Nice list! My faves were numbers 1 and 3. Pumpkin is an excellent word. Kinda rolls off your tongue and has fun connotations. And anticipation? Major turn on!

Thanks for doing these lists, Stasha. You and I agree on the the word we don’t like. Good taste. I also agree with you on your favorite sound – I love horses. Watching/hearing them run wild… priceless. You and Kim (the G is silent) tugged at my heart with what you hope to see at the pearly gates.

In our house, pumpkin becomes pumpkinobaleeno, for reasons I really don’t remember. It’s a good word. And I’m struck by how many moms say that whining is their least favorite sound – it trumps nails on a chalkboard, in my mind. Totally. Loved your list & your reminders about other linkups – thank you! And thanks, too, for continuing to host this community of linkers – i’ve found some great blogs through listicles!
happy happy new year -
Oh my, no WAY!! I call my kid pumpkulino. No idea where that came from either. He responds to pumpkin but not pumpkulino… Must try pumpkinobaleeno
I read somewhere whining is scientifically proven to be worse then any other torture technic. Guess that is why so many of us buy candy at the cashier.
Happy whole lot of festive days to you too my friend!!
OMG after reading no. 4 – I am appalled at myself because so many things turn me off I had to edit myself. (-:
You are so good, pumpkin. (-:
PS: I’m unable to link up for some strange reason. I’ve tried 4 or 5 times. Any clues for me?
